Marc Roca

Marc Roca Payet, born in Girona in 1997, studied Political Science and Public Management at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). He also specialised in Kitchen Management at the Girona Escola d’Hostaleria i Turisme (EHTG). Throughout his career, he has worked in renowned national and international gastronomic establishments, such as Can Roca, Restaurant Massana, Plaça del Vi 7, Blue Hill in New York, Espai Mas Marroch, Alkimia, and is currently part of the kitchen team at El Celler de Can Roca.
